Kunle Adelabu Residents of Ikorodu have again been warned about the activities of some kidnappers disguising as commercial motorcycle operators popularly called ‘Okada’ in the local parlance. A woman who alleged that she was almost kidnapped on Tuesday night between the California Junction and Ikorodu Club in Ikorodu, gave the latest warning in a TikTok video.
