It will be another opportunity to x – ray the place or the positioning of Ikorodu Division in the Lagos State politics on Sunday when I – Heroes Association gather stakeholders to discuss.
The occasion is the 9th Annual General Meeting of socio – political and developmental organisation slated for the Ikorodu Town Hall.
The group formed 10 years ago is made up of indigenes of various towns in Ikorodu Division who are professionals and engage in community development and political activities.

The event which will be chaired by Dr. (Otunba) Saheed Ibikunle, Permanent Member, Lagos State Universal Basic Education (LSUBEB), is themed: “The Place of Ikorodu Division in the governance of Lagos State”
According to the association’s General Secretary, Mr Oke Olaoluwa Godwin (OGO), he said that invited guest speakers are Dr Nurudeen Agbaje, Special Adviser on Rural Development to the Governor of Lagos State, Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun (AMA), representative of Ikorodu Constituency II, Lagos State House of Assembly and Hon. Ogunleye Gbolahan Adetokunbo (OGA), representative of Ikorodu Constituency I, LAHA.

Since its establishment, I – Heroes has been embarking on laudable and impactful initiatives like Water – A – School project which has the group executing construction/rehabilitation of water projects in about five schools across the Ikorodu Division, campaign against cultism, drug abuse and other social problems in collaboration with youth groups and institutions, educational and political programmes to sensitise the public.
