I – Heroes Get Royal Blessings, Commendation Over ‘Water – A – School’ Project

HRM Oba Mudashiru Agoro, the Ranodu of Imota commissiong the full rehabilitated water project at Methodist Primary School, Imota, rehabilitated by I – Heroes Association as part of its ‘Water – A – School’ project

The I – Heroes Association, a social, economic and development association of professionals of Ikorodu Division extraction received royal blessings and commendation from His Royal Majesty (Oba) Dr. Mudashiru Ajibade Agoro, FCA, the Ranodu of Imota, for full rehabilitation of a water project.

The royal father who commissioned the water project by the association at Methodist Primary School, Imota, commended its members for their efforts in supporting the government’s efforts and contributing to youth development across Ikorodu Division.

Water – A – School project is an initiative of I – Heroes Association geared at ensuring that there is a portable water in every school in Ikorodu Division.

The full rehabilitation of the water project at Methodist Primary School, Imota is the fourth water project that the association has embarked upon and delivered to schools in the Division.

Oba Agoro, who was enrolled in the school for his primary education thanked the association for considering his former primary school for the project.

“You have shown passion and commitment to development of your community. Everybody started from somewhere before we attain our present status.

“I was enrolled here in 1956 and I left in 1962. This is my own primary school. Today, I am a very proud Chartered Accountant but the journey started from here.

“I thank you for this and I pray to God to give you more capacity so that you can spread your good deeds everywhere.,” the elated Oba Bakare Agoro told the association.

The royal father charged the pupils to make good use of the water facility and ensure that it is not damaged.
