The representative of Ikorodu Constituency II, Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun, AMA, has congratulated the new speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Meranda Mojisola Lasbat.
Hon. Meranda was elected a few hours ago to replace the former Speaker, Hon. Mudashiru Obasa who was removed for gross misconduct.
In a statement signed by Aro, he congratulated Lasbat on her historic emergence and described it as a milestone achievement for women in leadership.
