-Elects new officers
Class of 1994 Oriwu College Old Students’ Association of Nigeria (OCOSAN), has elected and inaugurated new members of its Executive Council led by Dr Hameed Omotayo.
The inauguration took place during the 30th anniversary celebration of the set at Colour Party along Rep. Babajimi Benson Road (formerly Igbe Road), Igbogbo.
A special prayer session was held to thank God for the sustenance of its members 30 years after their graduation from the premier college in Ikorodu.
The 30th birthday cake was cut by members in celebration of their existence.
Other members of the executives inaugurated are: Alhaja Basirat Bamgbose (Deputy President), Alhaja Bukola Sulaimon (Vice President), Mr Afinni Quadri (General Secretary), Mr Bosede Ishola (Treasurer), Mr Alegunleye Yinka (Financial Secretary), Mr Tolu Omitogun (Welfare Diaspora/PRO), Mr Majiyagbe Kayode (Social Secretary), and Mrs Enibgbokan Sola (Assistant Social Secretary).
In his acceptance speech, Dr Omotayo congratulated members of the set on the occasion of the 30th anniversary celebration and wished them more celebrations.
He pledged his commitment and dedication to the advancement of the association. In addition, he pledged that the new administration will chart a new way forward for the development of OCOSAN 1994 Class Set.
The celebration provided members of the set who have not seen one another the opportunity of reunion, while they had a great time celebrating the gift of life and blessings of the Lord in their lives.
The members of the set equally had a great moment as there were enough food and drinks for everyone.
