A young politician and community mobiliser, Hameed Olalekan Aroyewun (HOA), has joined numerous eminent personalities, associates and well – wishers to congratulate Asiwaju of Ibesheland, Asiwaju Kaoli Olatunji Olusanya and Yeye Asiwaju of Ibesheland, Yeye Asiwaju Olukemi Olusanya, on their conferment of the highly revered titles.
Asiwaju Kaoli and wife, both of whom are educationists per excellence, were conferred with the coveted titles by the Olubeshe of Ibesheland, His Royal Majesty, Oba Richard Abayomi Ogunsanya, Bisoro 1, on Saturday, December 28.
Aroyewun, congratulating the couple in a statement on Saturday, said that the prestigiousness and exclusivity of the Asiwaju title which, according to him, is meant for prominent and great icons who have made immensely contributions to humanity, confirmed the caliber of people that are holding it.
“I congratulate our revered political leader, successful educationist and philantropist, Asipa Kaoli Olusanya and his dear wife, on their installations as the Asiwaju and Yeye Asiwaju of Ibeshe Kingdom by His Royal Majesty, Oba Richard Abayomi Ogunsanya, the Olubeshe of Ibeshe Kingdom.
“The prestigious title of Asiwaju is one that is highly reputed and the exclusive preserve of eminent personalities and great icons. This assertion can be justified by the quality of current holders of the title across board, including our dear President, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCFR (The Asiwaju of Lagos), Asiwaju Olorunfunmi Basorun (Asiwaju of Igbogbo Kingdom), Asiwaju Steve Anifowoshe (Asiwaju of Ikorodu Kingdom) among others.
“That the title is well deserved is undisputed, your contributions to Ibeshe land is quite evident, through your educational investment, you have put the community on the global map, this alone deserves all appreciation without ignoring your philanthropic deeds.
“I strongly believe that your personality will further dignify the Asiwaju title as you join the exclusive list of the revered title holders.
