The Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Lagos State, Dr Muhydeen Adeola Jokomba, PhD., has joined numerous others in celebrating Asiwaju Olorunfunmi Basorun at 86.

While congratulating the chieftain of the ruling APC and an old political war horse on his birthday, Dr. Jokomba said that he has spent his 86 years on earth in commitment to the progress and development of the community, council, state, nation and humanity at large.

“Happy 86th birthday to a visionary leader and wisdom embodiment.

“On this special day, l celebrate your life’s remarkable journey, dedicated to shaping the fabric of our society through unwavering commitment, unrelenting passion, and unparalleled wisdom.

“Your 86 years have been a testament to a lifetime of selfless service to the nation,unwavering dedication to the pursuit of justice and equality, unshakeable optimism in the face of adversity, unrelenting advocacy for the voiceless and profound insight and guidance for generations.

“As a respected statesman, your legacy continues to inspire and educate. Your wisdom, forged through decades of experience, has been a beacon of hope and direction”, he said.

He commended the elder statesman for his contributions to the nation – building and leadership, while wishing him a fulfilled birthday celebration.

“Sir, on this milestone birthday, l honor your contributions to nation-building, courage in the face of challenges, compassion for the vulnerable, visionary leadership and enduring impact on our collective future.
