The General Hospital, Ijede, has been commended for qualitative and excellent healthcare service delivery.
The hospital was commended for performing numerous surgeries despite space constraints by the Lagos State Government.
Permanent Secretary, Health Service Commission (HSC), Dr. Benjamin Eniayewun, gave the commendation during the Hospital’s Transformation Support Initiative (HTSI) tour, with his team.
The essence of the visit, Dr Eniayewun said, is to explore solutions to continually enhanced healthcare service delivery in the state.
The Medical Director/CEO, GH, Ijede, Dr. Olufemi Aletan, with other management staff, appreciated the visit, noting that arrears of possible exploration to render more services given by the Permanent Secretary, within the facility will be adhered to pending when the hospital secures bigger space for expansion.
