The contingent of the Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH) is partaking in the 11th All African Universities Games, currently ongoing in Lagos.
The games, which was established in 1971, by 10 African countries, is aimed at enhancing the development of sports within African Universities.
This year’s edition of the sporting events, which is the 11th edition, is being co – hosted by the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and the Lagos State University (LASU). The games commenced on Friday, September 20.
LASUSTECH is taking part in field and indoor events, including Chess, Scrabble, Badminton, Table Tennis and Athletics.
