Examinations: LASUSTECH Masscom HOD Assures Staff Of Support, Charges Students To Be Focused

The acting Head of Department, Mass Communication, Lagos State University of Science and Technology (LASUSTECH), Mr Steven Anu’ Adesemoye, PhD., has commended the staff of the department, both academics and non – academics, for their efforts in impacting knowledge and mentoring the students.

In a statement today, Adesemoye assured them of maximum support during the upcoming second semester examinations, and promised to lead by examples.

ln a separate statement, he also charged the students to believe in their own abilities, and stay focused for the examinations starting on Monday.

“As we prepare for the upcoming exams starting on Monday, 26th August, 2024, I want to express my appreciation for your tireless efforts in teaching and mentoring our students. Your dedication is crucial to their success.

“As we embark on this examination period, I assure you of my full support. I will lead by example, ensuring a seamless and successful examination process”, he said.

He added that the period of the examinations will be made seamless with necessary logistics and other support made available to them.

“I am committed to providing all necessary resources and assistance to make our roles as invigilators and guides as smooth as possible.

“Let us work together to maintain the highest standards of academic excellence.

“I am confident that with our collective efforts, we will have an outstanding examination period.

“Once again, thank you for your hard work and commitment”, Adesemoye said.

In his message to the students, Adesemoye said:


“As you begin your exams on Monday, 26th August, 2024, I want to remind you that you have the potential to excel. Believe in your abilities, stay focused, and expect the best results.

“I wish you all the best as you demonstrate your mastery of the skills and knowledge acquired throughout the semester.

“May your efforts be rewarded with outstanding results.

“Stay confident, stay calm, and make us proud!”, he said.
