Nigerian Author Releases New Book To Empower Students For Academic Success

Sheriff Babatunde Lamidi, the author with Mrs Folashade Adefisayo, former Commissioner for Education, Lagos State at the launch of the book, ‘Career Paths and Opportunities For Engineering, Science, Art and Management Students’ in all secondary schools across the state.

Sheriff Babatunde Lamidi, a renowned author and education expert, is set to release his highly anticipated new book, “Study Hacks for Academic Success: Tips, Tricks, and Techniques,” today, July 24, 2024.

This innovative guide follows his previous approved book by the Lagos State Government, ‘Career Paths and Opportunities for Engineering, Science, Art, and Management Students’, which has been adopted for all secondary schools.

The new book, ‘Study Hacks for Academic Success’, is designed to equip students with the skills and strategies necessary to excel in their academic pursuits. The book offers practical advice on:

“Setting the foundation; Understanding individual learning styles; Mastering time management and productivity’ Effective Note-Taking Strategies; Memory Techniques and Retention; Balancing academic and personal well-being; Preparing for exams and developing effective test-taking techniques and Utilizing Technology and Resources among others”.

While stating that he was pleased to share his thoughts with students, Sheriff added that the book will aid them in building confidence in achieving their goals.
