The Chairmanship aspirant for the Igbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hameed Olalekan Aroyewun (HOA), has celebrated one of the state leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Commissioner for Agriculture, Asipa Kaoli Olatunji Olusanya, on his birthday.
Asipa Kaoli turned 72 years old on July 17.
In a statement on Wednesday, personally signed by the aspirant, he said that Asipa Kaoli achieved excellence in all that he does, especially within the political, educational, agricultural, community and social circles that he is known with.
“I specially celebrate the birth anniversary of an icon, statesman and leader, Asipa Kaoli Olatunji Olusanya, the Asipa of Ikorodu Kingdom, former Vice Chairman, Lagos East Senatorial District of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and former Commissioner of Agriculture, Lagos State.
“Asipa belongs to the exclusive class of people who achieve excellence in all they do and he is a man of so many outstanding achievements, yet very humble and reticent about them. Asipa is a veteran in the political space, a highly revered agriculturist, an educationist par excellence, and a socialite of no small repute among others.
“From the proud street of Itunmoja, Ikorodu, Asipa’s life trajectory remains an inspiration to everyone and suffices as a strong reference point for success and outstanding achievements.
“Asipa’s leadership prowess, social finesse and immaculate appearance portray him as a true representation of the Ikorodu brand. His consistent philanthropy, for example, scholarships to students through his Kith and Kin Educational establishment, epitomises his charitable disposition.
“On this special day, I wish our dear Asipa, a memorable celebration in good health and God’s blessings”, he said.
