The Committee of Pro-Chancellors of State-Owned Universities in Nigeria (COPSUN) – Lagos State University of Science & Technology, Lagos State University and Lagos State University of Education, will host its 7th Biennial Conference next week.
The Conference, themed, “Effective University Governance: Role of Stakeholders’, will be held between Monday 8th July and Friday 12th July 2024.
The opening ceremony takes place at the Mariot Hotel, Joel Ogunnaike GRA Ikeja, while the Conference will hold at the Providence Hotel, Oba Akinjobi Way, GRA, Ikeja.
According to the statement on the forthcoming conference, the Executive Governor of Lagos, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, is the chief host, while Senator Joshua Lidani, the Chairman of COPSUN, is the host.
The Keynote Speaker of the event is Prof. Nuhu Omeiza Yaqub, former VC, University of Abuja.
