Wale Jagun
Former Coordinator, National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Odi-Olowo/Ojuwoye Local Branch, Engr. ADIGUN, Olamilekan Ibrahim, MNSE, has emerged as the new Lagos State Chairman of the youth organization.
He is expected to serve for four years.
He succeeded the immediate past Chairman, Comrade Biliamin Olalekan Oba from Ikorodu Local Government, at the congress held at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere, on Tuesday.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by Comrade Adekunle Saliu, Chairman, Electoral Committee; Representative of Department of State Service (DSS); State Ministry of Youth and Sport Development; Representative of Nigeria Police; NYCN HQ Returning Officer; Federal Ministry of Youth and Sport Development and Representative to S.A to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Youth and Student Matters.
The Coordinator, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, Comrade Comfort Olafare emerged as the Deputy Chairman while Comrade Asoro Abubakri, Coordinator, Ikorodu West LCDA, emerged as the Vice Chairman, Lagos East; Comrade Ahmed Kareem, Vice Chairman, Lagos Central and Comrade Aladeotan David, Vice Chairman, Lagos West.
