The Chairman, House of Representative Defense Committee on Defense, Rep. Babajimi Benson, has described the Nigerian workers as the vital lubricant that keeps the clogs of the society running.

Benson, who is representing the Ikorodu Federal Constituency, said this in his statement today to celebrate the Workers’ Day.

“Each day and through difficult circumstances, you dedicate yourselves to ensuring that our country functions smoothly and efficiently, particularly towards the economic revival championed by the administration of President Bola Tinubu”, he said.

“You are the vital lubricant that keeps the clogs of our societies turning, enabling the doors of opportunity to swing wide open. Through your relentless efforts, you bestow upon our communities newfound skills and knowledge, selflessly giving back with hands that bear the marks of hard work.

“May your endeavors be richly rewarded, and may the fruits of your hard work continue to pave the way for a brighter future.

“Wishing you a joyous Workers’ Day, filled with well-deserved recognition and appreciation for all that you do.

“Happy Workers’ Day!”.
