Easygold Charges Workers On Mental Health

Easygold Initiative, a body promoting mental health awareness in the country, has charged Nigerian workers on the need to look after their mental health despite the pressure of day -to – day work.

In a statement signed by Mr Temidayo Hassan, Founder, Easygold Initiative, in commemoration of the 2024 Workers’ Day, he enjoined workers to cultivate the habit of taking a break and going on holidays when necessary.

“Today, we celebrate the hard work, dedication, and resilience of workers everywhere. Your efforts drive our society and economies forward, and for that, we are truly grateful”, he said.

“Amidst the challenges and pressures of work, it’s important to prioritize your mental health. Take break, seek support when needed, and remember that your well-being matters.

“Let’s continue to raise awareness, support each other, and create workplaces that prioritize mental health. Together, we can make a difference.

“Wishing you a restful and enjoyable Workers’ Day!”.
