Aroyewun Celebrates Resilient Nigerian Workers On May Day

-Assures Nigerians of sustained economic prosperity

The efforts of the Nigerian workers in day – to – day running of the country, have been commended by the Chairmanship aspirant for the Igbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun (HOA).

Aroyewun said that their activities have been a major endaevour that has not only kept the country going, but also has sustained it in the face of challenges.

He gave the commendations in a statement commemorating the May Day/Workers’ Day which is marked every May 1, while also wishing residents of Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, Ikorodu Division, Lagos State and entire Nigerians, a happy new month.

“Happy New Month, Nigeria and Happy Workers Day. We welcome the beautiful month of May, and we celebrate the giant strides of workers across Nigeria”, he said.

“The hardwork, resilience and skills all workers put into constant use in the delivery of daily tasks are some of the most significant endeavours that keep us afloat as a nation. Even with the various challenges we face across the nation, the untiring efforts of workers cannot be undermined. Despite the hardship, they still go about their activities in the most civil way.

“We canonise all workers unreservedly. All workers are deserving of a feast today”, he added.

Aroyewun, who is aspiring for the Chairmanship position on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), assured Nigerians that the economic challenges confronting the country will be tackled by the APC administration of President Bola Tinubu.

“I have an assurance that the APC led Federal Government is sensitive to workers’ plight and the plight of the entire citizenry”, he said.

“These moments of challenges shall soon give way for lasting prosperity and sustained comfort.

“Let all of us put in our best positive actions always.

“I pray the Month of May shall leave us with meaningful accomplishment”, Aroyewun prayed.
