Young political gladiators and grassroots mobilisers in Ikorodu Division, have joined other family members, political leaders and associates of the Lagos East Senator, Senator Tokunbo Abiru, in congratulating him on his diamond jubilee birthday.
Senator Abiru, Chairman, Southern Senators’ Forum, clocked 60 today.
Comrade Japheth Odesanya, an aspirant for the Ikorodu Local Government Chairmanship position who wrote under his ‘Kolujo’ brand, congratulating the #DoingGood Senator, was philosophical in describing the celebrant as an important figure who deserves all the accolades and best wishes on his birthday celebration.
“This distinguished persona is like an oak tree shielding humans from scorch, wants and misery”, Japheth wrote.
“On his 60th birthday, he deserves 60milion oakes and toasts to good health and wealth. To hope, to note, to love, to life.
“Knowingly and tellingly, graciously and lavishly.
“Senator Tokunbo Abiru befits the circle of sages and ages. He is now. He is the future. Congratulations Sir”, Odesanya said.
A member of the East Consultative Forum (ECF), Ijede chapter and former aspirant for the Ikorodu Constituency seat, Lagos State House of Assembly, Matti Olakunle Aliasau, also wished Senator a remarkable birthday celebration.

Another Chairmanship aspirant, Hon. Azeez Jimoh Olosugbo, also congratulating the Senator, described him as a people’s Senator who does not only know what the people wants and meet their needs, but also using his good office to plan for the future of his constituency.
