The Chairmanship aspirant for the Igbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hammed Olalekan Aroyewun (HOA), has celebrated the 60 years remarkable achievements and accomplishments of the Senator representing the Lagos East Senatorial District, SenatorTokunbo Abiru.
Abiru, who is the Chairman, Southern Senators Forum and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Banking, Insurance, and other Financial Institutions, clocked 60 today.
In a statement signed on Monday by Aroyewun, the young politician said that the board guru turned politician made his giant contributions to the banking and financial sector of the Nigerian economy before venturing into politics as Senator in the 9th and 10th National Assembly, where he has equally been impacting in no small measure.
“I join many constituents to celebrate you today on your special day, distinguished Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru”, Aroyewun said.
“Sixty years of great accomplishment on earth is a remarkable celebration, you are one man who is always associated with success and has earned it through your dint of hardwork, integrity and uprightness.
“Your trails in the banking industry has immensely contributed to the growth of that sector and has added to the richness in your already impressive profile, your membership of the 10th National Assembly has added a cardinal virtue to the Nation’s political space.
“To us in Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA and by extension, Ikorodu Division, you are a special blessing, your impact remains sterling and through your innovation, you have birthed a future for us, our generation yet unborn will remain eternally grateful to you.
“ I wish you many happy returns of the day, sir. May God bless you always as you celebrate your diamond jubilee in the service to God and humanity. Cheers!!!”, he said.
