The representative of the Ikorodu Federal Constituency, Rep. Babajimi Adegoke Benson, has joined eminent personalities, family members, residents and well – wishers in extending congratulations to the first Permanent Vice Chairman, Lagos State Council of Obas & Chiefs, Oba (Engr.) Kabir Adewale Shotobi, the Ayangbure of Ikorodu, on his 70th birthday.
Rep. Benson, a third term lawmaker who is the Chairman, House Committee on Defense, in a statement that he personally signed today, described the royal father as an exemplary leader.
He commended the Ayangbure for his commitment to the development of residents and infrastructures in his kingdom.
“I extend my heartfelt congratulations to my father, paramount ruler of Ikorodu Kingdom and the Ayangbure of Ikorodu, Oba (Engr.) Kabir Adewale Shotobi, on the occasion of his 70th birthday”, Rep. Benson said.
“Kabiyesi, you are a passionate advocate for development, an exemplary leader, and a role model who consistently directs his influence and resources towards the progress of Ikorodu Division.
“Your unwavering dedication, determination, and perseverance in advancing human capital and infrastructure development in Ikorodu, are truly commendable.
