The Oloja of Lagos – elect, Prince Abiola Olojo –Kosoko, has felicitated the Ayangbure of Ikorodu, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Engr.) Kabir Adewale Shotobi, Adegorushen V and the Ayangbure of Ikorodu, on his birthday celebration.
Oba Shotobi, the First Permanent Vice Chairman, Lagos State Council of Obas & Chiefs and Chairman, Ikorodu Division Chieftaincy Committee, clocked 70 years today.
Kosoko, who is the Alashe of Ebute – Iga in Ikorodu West Local Council Development Area of Ikorodu Division, said that the Ayangbure, whom he described as a true royal father, is deserving of celebration by all for his enormous contributions to the development of Ikorodu, Lagos and Nigeria as a whole.
The Oloja – elect, in a statement he co – signed by his wife, Olori Adeshola Kosoko, General Manager, Lagos State Television, congratulated the Ayangbure who is also the Chairman, Ijebu Obas in Lagos, on his birthday anniversary and wished him many happy returns.
“lt is a great joy to me and my family to commemorate a royal father who has brought so much prestige, honour and colours to royalty, especially the Ayangbure stool”, Prince Kosoko said.
“Ayangbure has, since his ascension on the throne of his ancestors, brought developments to Ikorodu and has significantly contributed to the socio – economic developments of the state and the country at large.
“Today, myself, wife and entire family, join the Alaiyeluwa in celebrating his 70th birthday and wish the Ayangbure of Ikorodu, many more glorious, awesome and wonderful royal celebrations.
“May the celebration brings more good tidings to the Ayangbure palace, Ikorodu Division, Lagos State and our country in general.
“We wish you happy birthday anniversary and congratulations, Sir!”, Prince Kosoko said.
