The immediate past Majority Leader, Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Sanai Agunbiade, has congratulated the former Minister for Works, Sen. Kingsley Adeseye Ogunlewe, on joining the Octogenarian Club.
Ogunlewe clocked 80 years today.
In a statement signed by Hon. Agunbiade, popularly called ‘SOB’, and Opomulero of Ikorodu Kingdom, alongsidehis wife, Chief (Mrs) Adeola Agunbiade, the Yeye Opomulero of Ikorodu Kingdom, he described the celebrant, whom he referred to as the Field Marshal, as an astute leader with records of achievements.
“On behalf of myself, family and political associates, l join many other well-wishers in rejoicing with this astitute leader of impeccable and indelible records on the occassion of your auspicious birthday”, Hon. Agunbiade said.
“Senator Kingsley Adeseye Ogunlewe, is a former Honourable Minister of Works, former member of Nigeria’s Red Chamber (The Senate), former Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Works, Lagos State, a distinguished member of Governance Advisory Council (GAC), and a very senior member of the Nigeria Bar.
“Chief Fuwagboye of Ikorodu, is an illustrious figure of lkorodu division, the East Senatorial Districts of Lagos State.
“Sir, your contributions in every strata of our collective development as a nation, are highly appreciated on this special moment.
“May God, in His infinite mercies, spares your life for more impactful strides to the nation and humanity at large.
“This is a token of expression of my hearty congratulations on this special day and beyond. Happy Birthday Sir”.
