Pupils at all levels of the Kith & Kin Montessori Schools, Ikorodu, have been creatively engaged by the school.
Aside from showing their creative skills in terms of craftsmanship, pupils also defended their written projects.
The head of school, Mr Adebanjo Olusegun, speaking on the pupils’ engagements, said that promition of projects is an integral aspect of education.
He said that the school was engaging them to improve their knowledge and make them develop ability for critical thinking.
“Projects are fantastic way for learners to showcase their knowledge via creativity. Project work is a very crucial part of the education system because it enhances and helps improve learners’ cognitive abilities”, he said.
“Project is incorporated into children’s learning to support their development of knowledge, literacy, numeracy, problem solving, critical thinking and real life skills.
“On Monday, 6th November, 2023, the pupils of Kith and Kin Montessori Schools, explored this channel of learning as they exhibited their exquisite craftsmanship and defended their written projects”.
