Fadilat Sheikh Al-Imam Aliu Seifudeen Ayinla Ademoritan Olowooribi, Grand Chief Imam of Ikorodu Division at the 2023 Eid-ul-Adha Prayer In Ikorodu.


Fadilat Sheikh Al-Imam Aliu Seifudeen Ayinla Ademoritan Olowooribi, Grand Chief Imam of Ikorodu Division, today led the Sallah prayer at the Ikorodu Central Mosque Eid Praying Ground, Ikorodu.

The Chief imam charged the congregation to celebrate in a way and manner that is in tandem with the dictates of Allah.

“I enjoin you all to remember death in all that you do, behold every man shall taste death irrespective of his status. Also, as we feast, do away from that which Allah forbids so that you are not denied the bountiful rewards of your sacrifices. May Allah accept it from us, and spare our lives beyond the next year”, he said.

The slaughtering of ram after the prayer was performed by the Grand Chief Imam.

The Senator representing the Lagos East Senatorial District, Sen. Mikhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA, Hon. Justice Abiru, FCA, Bashorun Babatunde Rotinwa, former Chairman, Lagos State Local Government Service Commission,Hon. Wasiu Adeshina, Chairman Ikorodu LG and Hon. Morufdeen Damilola Olowosago, Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Ministry of Housing, were among the top dignitaries that observed the annual Eid-ul-adha prayer, today at the Ikorodu Central Mosque Eid Praying Ground, Ikorodu.
