Rank and file of The African Church Lads and Lasses Brigade, Lagos State Command, will, on Sunday, gather at The African Church Bethel Cathedral, Aga, Ikorodu, to kick – off the 40 year anniversary celebration of the organisation.
The special anniversary logo will be unveiled during the service at the Cathedral Church.
In a statement by the Information Unit of the Command, notable individuals will join grand patrons, grand patroness, patrons and officers of the Lads and Lasses for the special service.
Expected to grace the occasion is the former Head of Service, Prince Adesegun Ogunlewe, former Commissioner for Agriculture, Miss Bisola Ruth Olusanya, Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youths and Social Development (MYSD), State Chairman, NYCN Chairman and the Commandant, Peace Corp.
“We are delighted to announce and celebrate the 40th Anniversary of ALLB, Lagos State Command. This significant milestone in the history of Lagos State Command, fills us with excitement as we commemorate our journey so far”, the statement said.
“Over the past four decades, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to serving the Church, Divisions and Communities, ensuring law and order, and fostering progress and well-being, not only within ALLB, Lagos State Command, but also beyond”.
While revealing that it has outlined many activities for the celebration, the Command also used the opportunity to appreciate those that have supported the organization over time.
“To honor this special occasion, we have meticulously planned a series of events and activities that will bring together current and former members, stakeholders, and the wider community”, it stated.
“Join us as we reflect on our remarkable achievements, pay tribute to our dedicated officers, and showcase the positive impact we have made within Lagos State Command.
“We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has supported us throughout the years. Your contributions and partnership have been invaluable as we fulfill our mission in the service of the Lord within ALLB, Lagos State Command.
“Let us unite in celebrating our shared commitment to the remarkable ALLB, Lagos State Command”, the statement charged.
