In the spirit of the Easter season, the Adeboruwa of Igbogbo, His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa (Oba) Barr. Semiudeen Orimadegun Kasali, Emugoriade I, has urged sons and daughters of Igbogbo Kingdom at home and abroad, to renew their hope and love.
While also calling for peace, the revered royal father charged residents of his kingdom to emulate the example of Jesus Christ in showing compassion and forgiveness.
The monarch gave the charge in a statement he personally signed on the Easter Sunday.
”Greetings and blessings to all in Igbogbo kingdom home and diaspora on this joyous occasion of Easter. As we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord and Savior, let us also rejoice in the spirit of renewal and rebirth that Easter brings’’, Adeboruwa said.
‘’May this Easter season bring peace, hope, and love to your hearts and homes. Let us remember the sacrifice of Jesus Christ and strive to follow His example of compassion and forgiveness.
