The Majority Leader of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Hon. Sanai Agunbiade has celebrated the Easter season with Christians, wishing them victory in all their endeavours.
Agunbiade also prayed for the country’s triumph over all its challenges.
The fourth term lawmaker, who is also the Chairman, Nigerian Majority Leaders Forum, expressed his wishes in Easter statement he personally signed, on Easter Sunday.
“I join all Christians to celebrate this season of victory and wish everyone a Happy Easter celebration”, he said.
“In Easter, we celebrate the triumph of Christ over death. The spirit of the season is that of atonement, reconciliation, redemption and victory over sins and death, and I pray that we shall all experience victory in our various endeavours.
“As we go about celebrating the rise of Christ from death, may we all enter into a season of triumph in our personal and family lives. May our nation triumph over all challenges that threaten
its peace and unity at this time and may our homes continue to grow and prosper”.
