Comrade Michael Olasoji, Chairman of the African Action Congress (AAC) in Ikorodu Local Government, has debunked the rumour that his party is forming any alliance with other opposition parties.
The young political activist said that his party is ideological based and cannot in any way cooperate with other parties that don’t share its principles.
AAC was formed by the revolutionary activist and pro – democracy crusader, Comade Omoyele Sowore who contested for the position of the President in the last Presidential and National elections.
Olasoji spoke with THE IMPACT online on the coalition that has been rumored among the Labour Party, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and other opposition parties in the state.
“AAC is not forming any alliance or coalition with any political party in the coming election”, he said.
“We and those parties don’t share the same ideology. Our manifesto is not the same, our vision and goals for Lagosians and Nigeria, are also not the same”, Comrade Olasoji added.
