The Ikorodu- Oga Development Association (IKODASS), a socio – cultural and developmental organisation and the umbrella body for all clubs, associations and societies in Ikorodu, has felicitated the Senator representing the Lagos East Senatorial District, Sen. Tokunbo Abiru, on his re-election.
The association also congratulated Rep. Babajimi Benson, who was re – elected for the third term during the Saturday’s election.
Both distinguished federal lawmakers, who are candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC), were declared winners and returned by the Returning Officers for the Senate and House of Representatives in Shomolu and Ikorodu collation centres respectively.
Mr Rotimi Erogbogbo, the Chairman of IKODASS, in separate releases, congratulated the two prominent Ikorodu sons, stating their re-elections are reaffirmation of their true and quality representations.
“On behalf of all member clubs, associations and groups, I congratulate you, the #Doingood Senator Tokunbo Abiru, on your resounding victory at the poll”, he said.
“Indeed, one good turn deserves another, and the people have unequivocally spoken through their votes because they want the good works you do to continue. Indeed, let it continue because to whom much is given, much more is expected.
“Let the lowest interest SMSE loans continue. Let our techpreneurs continue to SAIL. Let the scholarships for our sons and daughters continue. Let the provision of multibed hospital buildings continue. Let the good works continue.

In the other release for Rep. Benson, the IKODASS Chairman wrote:
