The Chairman and the entire Executive Council of Ikorodu Oga Development Association (IKODASS) on behalf of all the member clubs, associations and societies, has wished the paramount ruler of Ikorodu Kingdom, His Royal, Majesty, Oba Kabir Adewale Shotobi a happy and prosperous birthday as the monarch celebrates another year today.
In a statement signed today by the Chairman, IKODASS, Mr Rotimi Erogbogbo, the socio – cultural and developmental body said the reign of the monarch has ushered in social and economic developments to Ikorodu and congratulated Ayangbure on his birthday.
“Alaiyeluwa, your reign has ushered in expansion for Ikorodu on every side. We have become the third largest city in the entire Southwest and the twelfth largest in the whole of Nigeria, with a population of over 1.4 million people. We have become home to two Universities and five dry sea ports, and we are producing world beaters in different spheres, “IKODASS said.
“We are thankful to God for blessing us with your selfless, kind, astute, and wise leadership. We pray that long may your reign be.
“As you celebrate today, Kabiyesi, we wish you excellent health, peace of mind, and a fulfilment of your heart desires”, the statement said.
“Happy birthday, Kabiyesi, ki ade pe lori, ki Bata pe le se. Ikorodu Oga! A ju Se!”
