Representative of the Ikorodu Federal Constituency, Rep. Babajimi Benson, has handed – over the Town Hall that he facilitated to the Ibeshe community in Igbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Area of Ikorodu Division, Lagos State, Southwest, Nigeria.
The hall which is close to the lagoon, was equipped with official and modern plastic chairs and was commissioned and handed – over by the former chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asipa Kaoli Olusanya, during the week.
The construction of the hall, which was financed by the Federal Ministry of Works and Housing under the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), was constructed by Amplified Nigeria Limited.
Asipa Kaoli, who chaired the brief hand-over event, commended Rep. Benson for always listening and providing his constituents what they requested of him.
While commending the lawmaker for providing the Ibeshe community with the hall which he said would be of great impact, Kaoli, who was a former Commissioner and former Vice Chairman, APC, Lagos East Senatorial District, also charged that the community to put the facility into developmental use and ensure its maintenance.

He charged the residents of Ibeshe to support and vote for the re – election of the lawmaker and other APC candidates in the coming general elections for more developments in Ikorodu, Lagos State and Nigeria at large.
The Odofin of Ibeshe, High Chief Joshua Musbau Alade, who represented the Olubeshe of Ibesehe, His Royal Majesty, Oba Richard Ogunsanya, also commended Rep. Benson for his quality lawmaking and representative duties.
Also at the event were Hon. Gbenga Basanya, former Chairman, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, Barr. Ade Ayeni, Secretary to the Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA and Alhaji W.A. Yusuf, a Supervisory Councilor for Works, Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA among others.
