His Royal Majesty, Oba Kabir Shotobi, the Ayangbure of Ikorodu and Mr Rotimi Erogbogbo, Chairman, Ikoroidu – Oga Development Association (IKODASS)
The Chairman and entire executives of the Ikorodu – Oga Development Association (IKODASS) will, on Saturday, October 29, 2022, lead hundreds of lkorodu youths on a ‘Walk For Fitness’, to usher in the 31st edition of the Ikorodu – Oga Day Carnival.
This year’s walk, tagged, ‘Say No To Drug’, is part of IKODASS campaign against the abuse of drugs in Ikorodu.
Participants from various groups and interests and also individual participants are expected to gather at the Ikorodu Ultra – Modern Town Hall by 7.00am, when the walk will commence.
IKODASS Chairman is expected to lead participants from the point of convergence through Olubi Street, Ayangbure Road, Ojogbe, Oriwu Road, Ireshe Road, Sheriff, Ota Ona, Alhaji Street, Ojubode, Ayangbure Road and finally terminate the walk at the Ayangbure palace where participants will be engaged by fitness instructors.
At the palace, His Royal Majesty, Oba Kabir Adewale Shotobi, the Ayangbure of Ikorodu will be welcoming the participants to his palace.
The annual Ikorodu – Oga Carnival 2022 proper starts on Saturday, November 12th to Saturday, November 19th, 2022.
