17 beneficiaries of the Ikorodu Division Resources Development Group (IDRDG) Scholarship award will get their cheques on Sunday, September 4, 2022.
The list of the beneficiaries was made public by the IDRDG last week.
Sen. Adeseye Kingsley Ogulewe, Chairman, IDRDG and former Minister of Works confirmed the presentation of cheques to THE IMPACT in a phone call on Saturday.
“As you are aware that the Group approved the award of scholarship to seventeen (17) undergraduate students of Ikorodu Division as one of its core objectives to the development of human capital and as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the community, the presentation of cheques will comes up on tomorrow (Sunday”, Sen. Ogunlewe said.
It would be recalled that IDRDG announced last week that 17 students were selected across the division from the following disciplines: Medicine and Surgery; Sciences, Engineering and Technology; Social and Management Sciences and Law and Humanity.
Beneficiaries and their courses are:

5. Balogun Ramota – Sociology
6. Ayinde Mariam – Nursing

8. Kamson Mayowa Pelumi – Biochemistry
9. Ogunsanimi Daniel Ayomide – Dentistry & Dental Surgery
10. Orumo Abdul-Basit – Physics
11. Soyombo Oyinlola – Medicine & Surgery
12. Oduyebo Anthony – Medicine & Surgery
13. Sofile Gideon Olakunle – Microbiology
14. Gafar O. Olanshile – Dentistry & Dental Surgery
