The Chairman, Senate Committee on Industries, Senator Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA, has congratulated Hon (Engr) Abiola Okanlawon Olowu (OKL) on his appointment as Special Adviser on Commerce and Industries to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
In a statement issued in Lagos on Thursday, Senator Abiru’s media aide, Mr Enitan Olukotun, described Engr Olowu as an experienced technocrat and seasoned administrator who will add great value to the administration of Governor Sanwo-Olu.
Abiru commended governor Sanwo-Olu for appointing Engr, Olowu who he said had paid his dues in the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC in Lagos as a formidable force in Ibeju-Lekki and Lagos East Senatorial District at large.
“OKL, I congratulate you on this well-deserved appointment as Special Adviser on Commerce and Industries to Governor Sanwo-Olu. His Excellency has made the best choice. I have no doubt that your wealth of experience as an accomplished retired bureaucrat will be highly valuable in this assignment.
“I pray that Almighty God guides you as you selflessly serve our dear state. Again, Congratulations!”, Senator Abiru said.
