A leading community news organization in Ikorodu Division of Lagos State, Southwest, Nigeria, THE IMPACT newspaper, has congratulated the Ayangbure of Ikorodu Kingdom and Permanent Vice Chairman, Lagos State Council of Obas & Chiefs, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Engr.) Kabir Adewale Shotobi, on his 7th coronation anniversary.
In a statement to commemorate the anniversary, THE IMPACT said that the monarch has been using his wealth of experience, influence and connection to further the development of Ikorodu and Lagos State in general.

“The revered royal father, since ascending the throne of his forefathers, has been displaying exemplary leadership qualities and commitment in facilitating developments which Ikorodu has been experiencing in the last seven years.
“The traditional ruler has been using his office to attract developmental projects and investments to Ikorodu Division. His contributions and support for youths, small scale businesses, education and tourism, since assuming office, have also been remarkable.
“Long may the King reign in good health, sound mind, wealth and Olodumare’s guidance”, the state said.
