The aspiration of Comrade Kazeem Olalekan Ogunmuyiwa, a senior Local Government employee with the Igbogbo/Bayeku Local Council Development Council Area (LCDA) to emerge as the Trustee of the National Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE), Lagos State Branch, has received a boost from the largest youth political organization in Igbogbo, Development Vanguard (De – Vanguard).
Ogunmuyiwa, who is the immediate past NULGE Chairman in Igbogbo/Bayeku LCDA, has been a strong pillar of the union and had served in many capacities. He is also a frontline youth leader with vast influence and strong native intelligence.
NULGE Delegates’ Election comes up August 4, 2022.
In a statement jointly signed by Tolulope .O. Faniyi, Chairman, and Adeleke Aroyewun, Esq, Director, Media and Publicity, Development Vanguard, the group said that Ogunmuyiwa is someone with requisite competence and capacity to occupy any office.
The social, developmental and political group added that it is proud of him and endorse him for the position.
“Competence and Capacity remain a primary requisite for any office whatsoever. A man who can be identified with these qualities will remain an adorable bride for any office whether private or public”, the statement said.
“Such is the character of the erstwhile Nulge Chairman, Igbogbo/Baiyeku LCDA, COMRADE KAZEEM OLALEKAN OGUNMUYIWA, a comrade; both in action and intent, and someone whose reputation is marked by actual service as opposed to being driven by paraphernalia of office.
“De.Vanguard is proud to identify with one of our eminent members and proudly endorse him as the candidate for Trustee, NULGE, Lagos State.
“To say that we have the conviction that he will justify the confidence reposed in him is to say the least, we hold no retention that he will exceed expectations.
“We urge all concerned to avail him all necessary support to guarantee his victory”, De Vanguard stated while soliciting support for Ogunmuyiwa.
