Princess Kafilat Omolade Hassan, MMP, FCA, will, on Saturday, June 24, 2022, be inaugurated as the 9th Chairman of the Ikorodu & District Society of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
She will be inaugurated alongside her Executive Committee at an event which will also be used to raise fund for the ICAN proposed Examination Centre in Imota Local Council Development Area of Ikorodu Division, Lagos State, Southwest, Nigeria.
The inauguration ceremony is slated to hold at the Ikorodu Ultra – Modern Town Hall, Owolowo/Olubi Street, Ikorodu.
Mallam Tijani Musa Isa, B.Sc., MIoD, FCA, the 58th ICAN President will be the Special Guest of Honour at the ceremony which would be graced by eminent personalities within Ikorodu and outside.
The incoming ICAN Chairman, Princess Kafilat Hassan, is from the royal family of Amusa Ajanaku family of Ijede. She is the daughter of the renowned educationist, eminent Principal and former Education Secretary, Alhaji (Prince) Adegbola Amusa,
She holds a degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan, 2002; Higher National Diploma, Accounting, Lagos State Polytechnic, 1996.
Princess Hassan became Associate Member, ICAN in 2011 and was conferred with Fellowship status in 2022.
She is a Board Member, Ikorodu Ultra Modern Town Hall.
