The Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Sanwo – Olu, is billed to lead other eminent Nigerians for the formal launching and unveiling of the Ikorodu Division Peace Initiative Limited/GTE (IDPIL/GTE) on Wednesday, 9th March, 2020.
The event is scheduled to hold at the Ultra – Modern Ikorodu Town Hall, with business moguls and captains of industry also scheduled to attend.
According to a release signed by Sir (Otunba) Ayodele Elesho, KJW, Chairman Publicity Committee of the IDPILGIDPIL/GTE, former Managing Director and Founder of Zenith Bank Nigeria PLC, Mr Jim Ovia will also be attending the event as the Chief Launcher, while a leading Nigerian businessman and Chairman of Folawiyo Group of Companies, Mr Babatunde Folawiyo, will chair the occasion.
Other guests expected at the event are political office holders, captains of industries, notable Ikorodu sons and daughters among many other distinguished guests within and outside Ikorodu.
Meanwhile, popular entertainment group, Ikorodu Boiz, will be thrilling guests with a live stage performance of their entertaining drama presentation at the event.
A major highlight of the event will be the presentation of patrol vehicles, motorbikes and other equipment to operatives of the security architecture and security agencies operating within Ikorodu Division.
