The remains of the Chairman, Lagos Butchers Association, Ikorodu branch, Alhaji Taliat Lawal, popularly called Baba Nosimat, has been interred at his Aga home in Ikorodu.
The popular beef seller died on Saturday, October 23, 2021, and was buried the same day in accordance with Islamic doctrines.
Members of the butchers association held a special prayer session at the deceased’s house on Sunday (yesterday).
Late Lawal, who was prominent at the beef section of the traditional Ajina market years back, has been at the helm of affairs of the Butchers association for many years and oversaw the reform of the sector in lkorodu.
