The Senator representing the Lagos East Senatorial District and Chairman, Senate Committee on Industries, Sen. Mukhail Adetokunbo Abiru, FCA, has rejoiced with the Muslim faithful in Nigeria on the celebration of Eid – El – Maulud.
Abiru, in a goodwill message he signed personally, charged muslim to seek for God’s intervention in challenges facing the country.
“I rejoice with Muslim brothers and sisters in the Lagos East Senatorial District and Nigeria as a whole on this year’s commemoration of the birthday of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)”, Sen. Abiru said.
“I enjoin us to use the occasion to seek Allah’s face on the myriad of challenges confronting the nation.
“We pray that Almighty Allah will accept our supplications as an act of Ibadah. Ameen.
“Happy Eid-El-Maulud!”, the Senator concluded.
