The Chairman of Ikorodu – Oga Development Association (IKODASS), Mr Rotimi Erogbogbo, has joined hundreds of Ikorodu residents and many others globally in congratulating the Ayangbure of Ikorodu, His Royal Majesty, Oba Kabir Adewale Shotobi, on the occasion of his 6th crowning anniversary.
Oba Shotobi was crowned at the old Oloja palace at Ajina Square (Ita -Efunlase) on August 2, 2015.
He said that the last six years under the monarch’s reign have witnessed tremendous developments in Ikorodu, while also wishing him many more years of impactful developments.
“I, Mr. Rotimi Erogbogbo, Chairman of Ikorodu – Oga Development Association (IKODASS), on behalf of the past Chairmen, executive members and the entire clubs, associations and societies in Ikorodu Kingdom, congratulate our highly revered royal father, His Royal Majesty, Oba (Engr.) Kabir Adewale Shotobi, the Ayangbure of Ikorodu Kingdom, on his 6th coronation anniversary.
“Alaiyeluwa, your reign in the past six years has been of tremendous significance in the annals of Ikorodu with developmental projects, traditional and cultural reawakening, improved economic system among many other positive impacts.
“IKODASS congratulates and salutes Your Majesty for the strides of the last six years and pray that you will reign for many more decades on the great stool of your ancestors.
“We pray that Ikorodu will witness more advancements and progress during your reign and as a body, we are always available to assist in achieving your lofty vision for the Kingdom.
“We wish you many more successful and impactful reign, Kabiyesi”, Erogbogbo said.
