Stakeholders at the weekend took a critical look at the educational system in Ikorodu Division, examining problems confronting it and proffering way out.
The maiden edition of the meeting, which was held at the EROZ Place, Aga, Ikorodu, and themed, ‘Education In Ikorodu, Another Look’, was organized by the Ikorodu – Oga Development Association (IKODASS), under the leadership of Mr Rotimi Erogbogbo.
The event recorded an impressive turnout of critical stakeholders of the educational community in Ikorodu division among whom were Mr. Adeleke Kara, member, Lagos State Teaching Commission, Alhaja Abiodun Sheryl Ogunniyi, a retired Principal, Oriwu Senior Model College, Ikorodu and 2018 Best School Administrator in Nigeria, Alhaji Afolabi Amusa, Education Secretary, Ikorodu Local Government, Alhaji Olawale Amusa, President NAPP, Lagos, Comrade Fakolade Oluwafemi, Chairman, NUT, Ikorodu branch, Lion Adefunke Esan, Deputy Chairman, NUT Ikorodu, CSP.
