The Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced the discovery of 60 new cases of Coronavirus infections in Lagos State.
The latest update released by the NCDC on its Twitter handle on Tuesday, November 3, 2020, also stated that Nigeria recorded 137 new cases of the deadly virus.
“137 new cases of #COVID19Nigeria; Lagos-60, Abia-21, FCT-18, Rivers-13, Kaduna-5, Oyo-4, Edo-3, Delta-2, Imo-2, Kano-2, Ogun-2, Bauchi-1, Gombe-1, Nasarawa-1, Niger-1 and Osun-1” NCDC said.
The latest figure brings the total number of infections in the country to 63,173, according to the NCDC.
Also, 59,634 victims have been discharged so far, while 1,151 deaths recorded since the outbreak of the pandemic in the country.
