Lagos State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu has directed all tertiary institutions in the State to resume new academic sessions on September 14.
The Governor also asked Primary and Secondary schools in the State to resume September 21.
An aide to the Governor, Mr Wale Ajetunmobi posted the information on his Facebook page on Saturday.
“Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, this afternoon, directs all Lagos tertiary Institutions to re-open on September 14. Primary and secondary schools to resume Sept 21, tentatively” Ajetunmobi posted on his page
However, THE IMPACT gathered that the resumption dates are tentative and subject to review.
Tertiary institutions as well as primary and secondary schools have been shut since March after the outbreak of the COVID -19 pandemic.
