A young rap act and an undergraduate student of the Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, Ewulogbo Dolapo, popularly known as ‘ Dphee Tha Dragon’, has appealed to friends and fans to support him in the ‘The Stage’ competition by voting for him.
The Igbogbo born music act is currently among the last 253 contestants in the competition.
The competition is currently at the Fans Stage and he is now vying to be picked for Fame camp of the competition powered by Konnectore. The competition started in 2018 and this year’s edition is the second in the series.
Ewulogbo, who said that he entered the contest through referral by his friend, said that the organizers only need 20 contestants for the camp.
“They’ll be needing just 20 contestants for the Fame camp which will be televised live on DSTV channels for seven weeks”, he told THE IMPACT.
The voting started on 6th of August 2020 and will close on 30th August 2020.
According to Ewulogbo:
“Out of over 12,000 contestants that entered for the competition, I have made it to be among the last 253 contestants. Now, it’s time to be among the last 20 for the Fame Camp”, he said.
“I need my people in Ikorodu as well as my fans and generality of people across the state and beyond to identify with me by voting for me at the fans stage of the contest”, he appealed.

Ewulogbo released his first single, ‘Igbogbo Eyo’, in 2019. The song was produced by HP Michael and made waves during the 2019 Igbogbo Day celebration.
He won the best rap act on LASPOTECH campus in 2018/19.
Winner of this year’s edition of ‘The Stage’ competition will go home with a car star prize and 3million naira.
