Comrade Bisiriyu, stated that the state government at this period in time needed support from organisations in its quest to combat the Coronavirus pandemic.
“We donated the 500 facemasks to the Lagos State Government as part of our support towards the fight against the spread of Coronavirus which has now attained community transmission level”, he said.
“We are also going to share another 500 pieces of facemasks across the six councils within the Ikorodu Division.
“This is part of our ways of supporting the government, especially at this period. The state government needs us now.
“It should not be about asking or receiving from the government at all times. Sometimes, it is also good to give or support the government in whatever way, no matter how little”, the IDYIM Executive Director stated.
