Ikorodu residents witnessed an unexpected rainfall on Monday, January 12, 2020, which is the first in the new year.
The rain which started around 2pm lasted for about 10 minutes in some areas like Aga, part of Igbogbo and other areas of Ikorodu Division, while in other areas, it lasted longer in other areas.
Many residents who were happy with the unusual rainfall stated that it will reduce the heat and suppress dust that the have been witnessing since December.
