Wale JAGUN 50-year-old female teacher, Mrs Elusakin Agnes Iyabo, from Oriwu Senior Model College, Ikorodu in Ikorodu Division of Lagos State, Southwest, Nigeria on Saturday emerged the 2019 overall best teacher in Nigeria.
