Despite facing industrial action that had affected academics and administrative works, the Lagos State Polytechnic, has secured 100% accreditation for all its courses.
Officials of the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) recently concluded accreditation visitation to the Polytechnic.
According to the Rector of the Polytechnic, Mr Samuel Sogunro, the institution successfully secured 100% accreditation for all the programs being run. The approval also includes the Institutional accreditation.
He stated that the accreditation exercise covers all the Schools and Departments.
A total of 66 propgrammes were approved for the institution to admit students into for the 2019/20 academic session
Mr. Sogunro assures the general public that the Polytechnic Management remains committed to its vision in providing world-class educational services using competent personnel and modern facilities.
