The Police Chief came into town about an hour ago following the renewed fight among two rival cult groups which has claimed many lives and paralyzed social and economic lives of the town.
The 8th Lagos State House of Assembly on Monday had urged the Commissioner of Police in the State to curtail the activities of cult members in Ikorodu area of the state.
The cultism menace in Ikorodu was brought before the House by the Majority Leader of the Lagos State House of Assembly and the representative of the Ikorodu Constituency I, Hon. Sanai Agunbiade, under the Urgent Matter of Public Importance.
